We provide a standard, limited warranty for manufacturer defects and workmanship of all models of electric bicycles and their components purchased directly from the dazz website. From the date of delivery of the product, during the warranty service period, the defective parts caused by dazz will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The client needs to provide the original purchase receipt to establish the proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date. See Full Warranty

Shipping is FREE in Canada for Ebikes and items included with the same order to all Provinces across Canada. Once your bike ships, you'll receive notification with an estimated delivery date.We are currently not shipping to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut. All electric bike orders require a signature at time of delivery. If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $150 to cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $150.
Delivery dates are estimates and can be impacted by carrier delays, weather, and material and/or labor shortages.  

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges.  If you return any unused and unopened incorrectly ordered parts after the 10 days have elapsed, these products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Goods that are returned must be in the original sealed package and in the same condition as supplied, any returns with damage or used in any way will not be accepted.   We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
